In general there are no limitations, except for the amount of files you can upload, such as images for invoices and estimates, files in a file cabinet, etc.
No. You can enter as many invoices, estimates, and customers as you need. But there is a limit of megabytes of data you can upload, such as images and files. For more details refer to Prices page.
You can do so in your PayPal account, or in your Settings > Account Status section.
After you cancel the subscription, you will not be able to add new items to your account, such as invoices, estimates, customers, files, images, etc., but you will still have access to items added before cancellation.
